Since joining the finance team three years ago, I’ve been working with amazing colleagues, conservation experts and country office teams, continuously reviewing and improving finance systems and controls in challenging but exciting contexts. I’ve been lucky to be given the freedom to both implement process changes and to develop myself as an effective team manager.

During my time at ZSL I’ve had the opportunity to take on HR system design and implementation challenges in a truly unique environment. I’m constantly learning things about HR and business as a whole in a sector I’d never find myself in.
